C3 Growth
We have prepared the training program C3 Growth - Create Competition for Competitiveness in cooperation with Czechinvest.
C3 Growth is the certified training of consultants for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with EU financial support. It is innovative and highly effective concept of human sources development in the private sector with aim to release and development of managerial abilities of potential founders and present owners of SMEs. The program is prepared based on world-wide used know-how of the front world consulting company GFA Consulting Group.
From the existing modules of the system C3 (Start Up, Growth, Finance, Crisis) the module C3 Growth was selected as the initial module with the widest application possibility focused on the issues of companies in growing stage of development. Its main part deals with the history and principles of business consulting, diagnostic techniques for analysis of the company condition and needs, preview on the main spheres of company operation (production, finance, marketing), market analysis, first making first contact with the client and in the final stage the writing and presentation of the final report.

Training focus:
- Comprehension of problems and environments of SMEs,
- Improvement of professional skills of the consultants for further business issues,
- improvement and personal growth of consultants in communication and analytical skills,
- teamwork, interactive group work on practical issues,
- basic theoretical knowledge in practical simple examples usable that can be used in SMEs,
- practice in SMEs “field work”, the gained knowledge is directly applied in problems of businessmen.
Training Content and Organization
- The theoretical part is organized into 2,5 day cycles containing training of communication with SMEs, the use of diagnostic tools, marketing, production organization and financial analysis.
- Practical part shall be run continuously, supported by the trainers in the intervals of the individual cycles.

Basic Information:
The participant fee is 32 000 CZK (excluding VAT). In case of negotiating the expected support from the EU funds negotiated by CzechInvest we presume that the participants at the first stage shall pay only 16 000 CZK (excluding VAT).
The fee includes refreshment, text books, a certificate of course attendants. The price does not cover accommodation and travel expenses.
